Recipe: BRAZILIAN CINNAMON “RAINDROP” DOUGHNUTS

Cook: Denise André Barbosa Casciano, Elizabeth André Barbosa, Eva Lucia Casciano, Jorge Casciano, Sandra Maria André, Tereza Cristina Correa Casciano

ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • water
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • oil

Preparation:
Mix flour with egg and add water gradually to form a texture, not too hard, not too soft. Then add the baking powder. With a tablespoon, make the measure and put on the oil. The oil should be a good amount to fry the whole doughnut.
