Sweet Pear
Ingredients:
- 12 Portuguese pears (hard)
- 500g Sugar
- cloves to taste
- cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
Peel and cut the pear as tangerine sections. Put in water to not get dark. Drain the water and place in a large saucepan along sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
* It will have a lot of water, boil until dry to water.
