Santa Rita do Bracuí´s Quilombo - CHICKEN WITH PALM HEART
Recipe: CHICKEN WITH PALM HEART

Ingredients:
- whole chicken
- garlic
- black pepper
- onion
- tomato
- annatto
- parsley
- green onions
- palm heart
Preparation:
Chop the chicken, seasoning as taste, marinate for 40min. to 24h.
Bring all ingredients to fire for 1h. (free-range hen) or 20 min (industrialized chicken). When it is a free-range hen add hot water, slowly while cooking. Place the palm heart about 10 min before the end cooking. Finish with parsley and green onions
