MOCOTÓ
Recipe: MOCOTÓ
Ingredients:
- 1 Ox feet
- 1kg of potatoes
- 500g of Carrot
- 500g of chayote
- 30 quail eggs
- olives to taste
- pea
- corn
- 300g of sausage
- 300g of jerked beef
- garlic
- onion
- green onions
- tomato
- bell pepper
- paprika
Preparation:
Cook the eggs, peel and reserve. Mix the garlic and onion, crushed to the cuted mocotó (foot). Stir fry with paprika and add salt, chopped bell pepper and tomatoes. Put water leaving the mocotó submerged. In a pressure cooker, cook for about 40 minutes. Check if the mocotó is well cooked and remove the bone. Cooking the vegetables in the broth. At the end, add the mocotó, parsley, the green onions and the quail eggs.
