Recipe: CASSAVA CAKE WITH COCONUT

Ingredients:
- 500g of cassava
- 400g fresh coconut
- 3 free-range eggs
- 250g margarine or butter
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
Preparation:
Grate the cassava, coconut and mix all ingredients. Grease a medium pan with butter and flour. Dump the dough and put to bake in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes. Serve with coffee. Serve 10.
