Hidden jeked beef
Ingredients:
- 1kg of jerked beef
- Tomato sauce
- tomato
- Bell pepper
- onion
- garlic
- 250g of mozzarella cheese
- milk
- Butter
- Parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Desalt the jerked beef in boiling water. Put to cook in a pressure cooker with other water to soften. Shred and chopped onion and stir-fry with a little olive oil. Make a sauce with tomatoes, tomato sauce, bell peppers, onions and garlic. Peel, cut and cook the cassava with salt. Knead and add butter and milk to make the dough. In one form or refractory: place a thin layer of dough cassava. Fill with jerked beef, sauce and cheese and put the remaining dough to cover. Place the grated cheese over the dough in the oven for browning.
