Cruzeirinho´s Quilombo - SOUR CORN BREAD
Recipe: SOUR CORN BREAD
Cook: Juanice Ferreira Ribeiro Vicente
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 liter of sour milk
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of cornmeal
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation:
Mix all in a bowl, grease a baking pan, pour and bake for one hour in oven at 180 º C.
