São Benedito´s Quilombo - CASSAVA CAKE
Recipe: CASSAVA CAKE
Cook: Alda Maria Pereira da Silva e João Batista Barcelos da Silva
Ingredients:
- 2kg of cassava
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- Stuffing as you like: Jerked beef, ground beef or others
Preparation:
Cook the cassava, pass in the grinder, add margarine. Fill according to your taste and fry in very hot oil.
