Santana´s Quilombo - COLLARD STEM SOUP
Recipe: COLLARD STEM SOUP
Cook: Maria Aparecida da Silva, Marta da Silva Francisco e Olga Maria de Jesus Moreira
Ingredients:
- 10 collard stems
- 150 g of bacon
- 150g of sausage
- 2 large potatoes
- 3 small onions
- garlic
- oil
Preparation:
Cut the collar stems, very thin, the sausage into slices, and the bacon, the onions and the potatoes into dice. Brown the garlic in the oil, add the potatoes and simmer and then cover with water.
Place the collard stem and boil. Once everything is cooked add the sausage, bacon and onion. Cook for 15 min.
