- Babassu coconut
- cassava flour
Preparation:
"When it falls it means that it's ripe, break all the coconuts, peel it, grind with a pestle. Then after you're already pounded mixed with cassava flour. Grind some more, shieve ... There were people who liked to shieve through it. I already liked to eat with everything."
