Recipe: COCONUT CANDY WITH PAPAYA

Ingredients:
- 500g of fresh grated coconut
- 1 kg of green papaya
- A little over 1kg of sugar
Preparation:
Peel, take the seeds and grate the papaya. Wash the papaya dish wrapped in cloth, rubbing to dry and then twisting. Make papaya and coconut in separate pans with half the sugar in each pan. To finish put them together and see if it is ready: "puts a little in a stone and if gets hard it is good." Take the pan and pour over
portions of the stone to cool.
