Recipe: CHICKEN WITH BROWN GRAVY

Ingredients:
- 1 free-range hen
- Garlic (1 head)
- 1 onion
- basil
Preparation:
Chicken - After killing, separate the blood and do not add vinegar to curdle. Stir the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add the chicken to golden brown and go adding, "dripping" boiling water to cook. Once the chicken is ready to receive the blood on the pan. Boil for 10 minutes. As a variation, you can add the cassava at the time of cooking.
