Stuffed Manioc
Ingredients:
- 2kg cassava / manioc and lean
- 1kg of ground beef
- 2 onions
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 cup of curd
- 1 sachet of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- parsley and green onions
Preparation:
Peel and grate the cassava, squeeze to remove the juice, gum. Use only the flour for this dish. Season with salt, margarine, garlic and onion. In a pan simmer the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, onion, until is cooked. Add ingredients in the stuffing to taste. In a frying pan heat a little margarine, spread the mass from the cassava to get consistent and then the other side. Remove while still hot to modeling in a flower or a leaf. Add sauce, cheese, tomato sauce.
