Pork Stew with Yam
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of fresh ribs
- 2 onions
- 2 heads of garlic
- 2.5 kg yam
- garlic to taste
- basil to taste
Preparation:
The ribs should be soaked for 15 minutes in water with vinegar. Drain the water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a pan until golden brown / fry the onion and minced garlic. Cook the yams in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes and add to the meat.
