Fish Stew
Ingredients:
- 3 kg of whiting
- 3 onions
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 lemons
- paprika
- olive oil
- parsley to taste
- chives to taste
- basil to taste
Preparation:
Cut the fish into slices, season with garlic, lemon and salt. Reserve. Slice the onion, tomato and bell pepper. Mince the parsley the green onions and basil. In a greased pan with oil, put one layer of fish and one of the chopped ingredients, successively. Make the last layer with the vegetables. Drizzle with more olive oil and cook on low heat. Once boiling, adjust the salt if necessary. Serves 8. * If you like, put two tablespoons of palm oil and a pinch of paprika. Serve with white rice and fish gravy.
