Fish a La Quilombola
Ingredients:
- fish fillet (sororoca or wahoo)
- garlic
- salt
- lemon
- cassava flour
- plantain
- shrimp
- palm heart
- butter
- parsley to taste
Preparation:
Fish: Season at the moment it's going to be cooked with salt, lemon and garlic, grill until golden brown both sides.
Toasted cassava: Gold brown the shrimp and banana in a little butter and then add the flour.
Palm heart in butter: Cook the palm heart in butter and add chopped parsley.
