Feijoada
Ingredients:
- 5kg of black beans
- 3kg of jerked beef (front)
- 2kg loin
- 2 kg of rib
- 2kg smoked sausage
- 1kg of pork's feet
- 1kg of pork's ear
- 1 kg of bacon
- 2 kg of cow's breast
- 500g of garlic,
- 500g onions
- 5 bay leaves
- oil
Preparation:
"The salty meats must be desalted one day before, changing the water from time to time..." cook the beans. Mash the garlic in the pan, cut the onion and browned in oil. Mix the beans, bring salted meats to the fire to heat, drain and then mix in the beans. The steaks are cooked whole and sliced just before serving.
