Rasa´s Quilombo - PINEAPPLE SWEET
Recipe: PINEAPPLE SWEET

Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 250g of sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 4 cloves
Preparation:
Mince the cored pineapple, as you wish. Place in a pan with the other ingredients and some water. Leave to form a thick syrup, stirring constantly. When the pineapple is tender put out the fire, let it cool and put in a good clean and dry container.
The syrup can be taken before and after placing the pineapple until tender.
