Cabral´s Quilombo - QUENTÃO

Recipe: QUENTÃO

Cook: Fábio Vicente de Souza, Maria Aparecida Correa da Silva

Ingredients:

  • ½ liter of cachaça
  • 4.5 liters of sugarcane juice
  • 300 g of ginger

Preparation:
"Boil the sugarcane juice for 20-30 min. Add the ginger and the cachaça. Amount may vary according to taste. "
* If the juice is made from peeled cane it will get more clear than with the cane with peel appearance.
