  • 2kg cassava / manioc and lean
  • 1kg of ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 cup of curd
  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • parsley and green onions


Peel and grate the cassava, squeeze to remove the juice, gum. Use only the flour for this dish. Season with salt, margarine, garlic and onion.
