Wash the pig's bladder, turn inside out and wash again. Put water to boil. Once boiling remove and reserve. Kill the pig: or with an ax on the head, or knock out the pig and do a cut down the left front leg, near the heart to bleed. Approaching the basin to remove the blood with vinegar (to not clot) and at the end, remove with pitcher. Add parsley, chopped green onions, salt, pepper and chopped backfat smaller than 1cm cubes taken from the same pig. Mix and fill the bladder with a funnel - where is possible and collect all the bladder.
Close and lead to fire with water to boil. Do not need to boil a lot.
