Capitan of Beans

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of beans
  • 200g of cod fish
  • 1 red onion
  • coriander
  • 2 cups of cassava flour
  • salt

Preparation:

Shred the cod fish. Cook the beans with the cod fish until it is tender. Drain the broth. Mince the onion and cilantro. Place the onion, coriander, and, with a wooden spoon mush the beans. Add flour gradually, kneading until smooth. Serve with the accompaniment of your choice.
