- 2 cups of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Mix flour with egg and add water gradually to form a texture, not too hard, not too soft. Then add the baking powder. With a tablespoon, make the measure and put on the oil. The oil should be a good amount to fry the whole doughnut.
