Recipe: CASSAVA FRIED CAKE

- 500g of ground beef
- 2kg of cassava
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 package of grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- black pepper
- 4 basil leaves
- parsley to taste
- 1 pinch of paprika
- some milk
Filling: chop and golden brown the garlic, onion, parsley, green onion and basil with a pinch of pepper and paprika. Place the ground beef and stir fry everything. Hit the salt and let it dry.
Dough: cook the cassava and pass in the grinder. Place the grated cheese, butter and knead by hand. Gradually incorporate the flour until the dough unglue from the hand. Shape the dough and fill it.
Pass in the milk, breadcrumbs and fry.
