Pumpkin Flower with Egg

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 pumpkin flowers freshly picked
  • green onion to taste
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

Beat the egg whites with a fork on a plate and then put the salt, then mix the yolks. Wash the flowers, cut the stem height, use only the petal, and then chop fine. Add the pumpkin flower and green onions to the beaten eggs. Pour into a pan with oil and stir: scrambled eggs.
