  • 2 kg of manioc
  • a pinch of salt


Peel the cassava. In a bowl: put the grated cassava, covered with water. Let the gum dry overnight. After dry scrape all the gum, passed through the sieve and put a pinch of salt. Grab a handful, spread a thin layer on a baking pan for about 2 minutes baking only one side. Remove and make a straw. Serve with coffee. It can be filled.
