Desalt the jerked beef in boiling water. Put to cook in a pressure cooker with other water to soften.
Cut, remove the seed and grate the papaya. While grating, the syrup is on fire with sugar cinnamon and cloves.
Heat the jerked beef for about 10 minutes to remove the salt, drain the water and then fry with garlic and onion.
